Aflon Schools celeberated the first ever ocassion of its founding on October 11, 2011. It was an event to formally open and dedicate the 3 buildings recently completed on its permanent site. The 3 blocks that were formally opened and dedicated to the service of humanity are:
Despite its obvious advantages, the awareness for the use of the web for public and business communication is still at a very low level. Web site ownership still remains quite novel and unappreciated. It is for this reason that we are spotlighting and promoting web presence during the month of Novemver, 2011. Several activities are planned to create the awareness for web site ownership. A week long web design training workshop is slated for execution during the last week of November, 2011.
Being one of the foremost IT education organizations in the FCT since 1994, Aflon is often times retained by newer and smaller companies to jointly manage projects. We on our own had to contract Messrs Chams Plc for the use of their facilities to train 320 officers at very short notice in 2009. In the same manner, Messrs Borknet Nigeria Limited has found it quite expedient to use the facility and expertise of the Aflon Organization.
