SDD 201 - Web Design Technologies
The Professional Certificate Web Design Course is focused on developing the visual graphic and information design skills required to create compelling web sites, based on the syllabus of the International Webmasters Association (IWA)

SIT 201—Desktop Publishing and Printing Technology
The Printing and Publishing program offers the knowledge and skills required for a position in the graphic arts industry. Students receive training in all steps of sheet-fed offset lithographic reproduction as well as support services. Technological advances are changing the production procedures, making employee retraining critical.
This growing industry is ranked among the top five in the nation today. Plants ranging from small shops to those employing thousands of workers are located in communities of all sizes throughout the country. They manufacture a wide array of products including books, brochures, advertising, magazines, newspapers and packaging, to name a few.
People in this field must adapt to technological changes. Positions call for a wide range of skills and aptitudes. The successful employee will be a detail-oriented, problem-solving team player with good communications skills. These jobs can require mechanical ability and eye-hand coordination. Graduates can specialize in one area after graduation.

Program Outcomes
Plan and produce for four offset colour printed materials.
Perform traditional and digital pre-press functions necessary to produce proofs and plates in an electronic/film based/computer-to-plate work environment for four offset colour work.
Perform prepress process to position and organize elements for a publication.
Setup, operate, and maintain various offset printing presses to accomplish four offset colour work.
Work as a cooperative team member.
Demonstrate reliable and ethical behaviour including, but not limited to, assuming responsibility for decisions, actions, professional growth, and displaying initiative and time management skills.

SDE 201 - PC Repairs and Maintenance
Students will be instructed based on the approved syllabus of IT-CompTIA A+ Computer Essentials Certificate. This course is in 3 parts as follows:
